MADAUS Capital Partners GmbH is a financial services institution licensed by the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) (license pursuant to § 15 WpIG, Institute No. 119158) and is a member of the Compensatory Fund of Securities Trading Companies (EdW), a special fund of the German Federal Government with no legal capacity established at the Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau.

MADAUS Capital Partners GmbH is a small securities institution within the meaning of Section 2 (16) WpIG and does not accept any customer funds or customer securities when providing financial services. Thus, due to its size, type of activity and balance sheet total, MADAUS Capital Partners GmbH does not fall under the German Remuneration Ordinance for Institutions (Institutsvergütungsverordnung) and, according to the current status, also not under the WpI-VergV, which is still being consulted.
The remuneration system is appropriate, geared towards sustainable corporate development and in line with the strategic goals of the company. The remuneration system is reviewed on an annual basis.
The management and, where applicable, employees receive fixed and variable compensation. The basis for the variable compensation is the annual agreement of company-specific and individual targets. The amount of the variable compensation is limited to a maximum amount that is commensurate with the fixed compensation. The compensation system is designed in such a way that there is no significant dependence on variable compensation. The variable compensation is generally paid out annually as a lump-sum payment, unless otherwise contractually agreed.
In view of the size and structure of the company and in order to protect personal data, the total amount and the breakdown into fixed and variable components are not disclosed.
